This UK based business have been in operation for over 40 years and have around 500 employees across the globe. This building manufacturer specialise in quality and luxurious products to homes and business'.

**The Role**

Training you from the ground up, we need you to consistently deliver an incredible experience by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and internal departments to accurately and effectively assist in any way you can.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by taking inbound calls
- Review and follow up, partnering with other teams effectively in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately record data into the CRM and general administration and data entry

**About You**

To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you will possess the following:

- Ideally, a minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service role (retail for example)
- Have a rock-solid work ethic and be reliable
- Sound MS Office Suite skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- Be a great listener and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
