Due to internal expansion, we seek an Accountant for our established Accounting, commencing ASAP. Reporting to our Senior Accountant.

**About the role**:The main duties required but not limited to:

- Large weekly wage/invoice entry
- Payroll casual/fulltime employees
- On-going maintenance and control of all accounting systems in compliance with Australian laws and regulations.
- Updating and maintaining wages records (internal-external)
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Tax & Superannuation Management.
- Develop & maintain SPS recordkeeping and accounting systems.
- Liaising with staff and management on wages V hours billable.
- Undertake required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting.
- Liaison with Directors on long-term strategy and budgets.
- Liaison with management vendors.

**Skills and Experience**:In order to thrive in this position the following attributes are highly valued:

- Experience in the large payroll process (200 +)
- Strong knowledge of MYOB accounting software essential
- Strong knowledge Awards NES (National Employment Standards)
- Advanced Excel and Word skills
- Bank & accounts reconciliations
- Superannuation reporting
- Broad understanding of Wages/Payroll NES (National Employment Standards)
- Adaptive can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and accuracy
- Must be reliable, have strong communication, reporting & organizational skills
- Experience in FASTRACK365 platform or similar systems (beneficial not a must)
