Mobilisation Coordinator

Are you an organised and proactive coordinator ready to hit the ground running? We're seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Site Services team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave vacancy, this could be extended for the right person. This is a dynamic and varied role, supporting critical resourcing and shutdown activities across WA.
About the Role As the Mobilisation Coordinator, you'll provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Site Services team, reporting to the Services Manager. You'll play a key role in ensuring shutdowns and project mobilisations are planned and executed smoothly, while also maintaining compliance with our safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day mobilisation/demobilisation of personnel and resources
- Liaise with clients to align shutdown calendars and labour requirements
- Organise travel, accommodation, training, and inductions for site personnel
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance across labour and contractors
- Prepare project folders, cost estimates, and assist with reporting and post-shutdown documentation
- Manage tooling, equipment hire, and PPE/uniform ordering
- Assist with payroll collation, procurement, and general administration
- Provide after-hours contact support as required
What You'll Bring
- Strong coordination and administrative experience, ideally in a site services, shutdown or FIFO environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Proficient with MS Office; experience with Pronto or similar ERP systems highly regarded
- Familiarity with labour hire processes and site compliance requirements
