One of our valued clients is a national IT services consultancy that transforms business with technology. They currently have an opening for an entry-level / intermediate Service Desk Level 1 to join their team to service their Southeast Queensland clients. Veracity is looking for someone who is able to deliver quality technical outcomes for clients and drive customer satisfaction whilst promoting the Veracity brand.

**As Service Desk Level 1 you will be responsible for**:

- being the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance;
- providing technical support;
- creating and maintaining documentation for client systems and environments;
- assisting the Service Desk team in resolving incidents and completing tasks.
- following-up and updating customer status and information and always keeping them informed.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- help desk / customer service experience and passion;
- relevant tertiary qualification and/or certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Amazon, ITIL Foundations) desirable;
