**Job Title: Service Desk Administrator**

As a Service Desk Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our service operations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in maintaining and troubleshooting client's SAP environments, particularly in terms of SAP Security and Compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate and triage level 1 support queues
- Execute customer onboarding and user administration tasks
- Assist in the troubleshooting of SAP security and compliance issues for customers.
- Provide support to senior service personnel in daily operations.
- Monitor system performance and report any issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your SAP skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Basic knowledge of SAP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
