We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven
General Manager
to lead Greenstreat's expanding network of Victorian stores and play a key role in shaping its next phase of growth.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic environment — someone who knows how to inspire teams, drive performance, and balance strategy with day-to-day execution.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations across multiple stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and strong financial performance.
  • Drive results through clear KPIs, coaching, and accountability.
  • Support Store Managers with rostering, labour planning, and operational improvements.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams that reflect Greenstreat's values and purpose.
  • Oversee compliance, food safety, and workplace standards across all locations.
  • Partner with the executive team to develop and execute catering, partnerships, and community initiatives that drive brand growth.
  • Monitor budgets, labour costs, and store profitability, implementing initiatives for ongoing improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Area Manager, or Senior Operations Leader in hospitality, food retail, or QSR.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Deep knowledge of compliance, food safety, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on and adaptable, with a focus on growth and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in catering, events, or business development is highly regarded.
