We are on the lookout for an Office Manager with a passion for organising, all aspects of admin and resourcing combined with a love of systems, processes & procedures to manage the team and operations behind the scenes to ultimately ensure the exceptional delivery and execution of our activations and events.

From the buzz of coffee carts to the pop of popcorn machines, our team delivers events across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, making every event an affair to remember.
**About the Role - The Day to Day**:
- Complete Office Management | Full responsibility of the efficient operation of the office including managing team schedules and the overall resources flow to ensure our team have all the supplies and equipment they need to expertly deliver events to our clients. - Rostering | Preparing weekly rosters for our Full Time & Casual team around our schedule of events & activations & Recruiting our sub-contractors on an event-by-event basis where required - Payroll | Checking timesheets, allocating hours to each event, preparing fortnightly payroll
- Training | Full training and briefing of our casual and subcontractors for each event and preparing regular team training schedules for outsourced training including health & safety, food safety, barista & cocktail making in line with our in house SOP’s and procedures.
- Compliance | Management of our Food Licences, Food Safety Plans, Electrical Equipment & Vehicles in line with all government legislation & policy whilst ensuring our In-House work safe plans are followed by the team updating as required.
- File Management | Updating all company records and files ensuring our team, local government and our clients have the info they require at all times.
- Culture Management | Setting, Maintaining and Upholding all business operational and service standards by managing and updating our company wide SOP’s and dealing with any issues to resolve.
**Work Schedule**:
- Generally Monday to Friday with some occasional requirement to be available on busy weekends as events require
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Note: This role requires driving and some heavy lifting
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Passion: A love for admin, compliance, record keeping, standards, systems and processes
- Communication Skills: Strong and effective communication abilities to liaise with team, management and government agencies. You will be required to have the difficult conversations with the team when required and facilitate in the resolution of any issues or problems.
- Management & Financial Diligence: Balance the fine line between managing staffing levels, ensuring the team are trained and managing equipment and supplies within budget - Team Player: An ability to lead, support, and inspire those around you.
- Attention to Detail: You are a stickler for setting and upholding standards, policies, procedures, rules and regulations and your record keeping skills are exemplary - Reliability: Punctual and dependable.
- Initiative: Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Experience: Events industry experience is highly desirable
- Driver’s License: Must have a valid Australian Open Driver's License.
