A rare opportunity has become available to join this retail hospitality group as the Office Coordinator at their head office in the inner city of Sydney.

This role will be the first point of contact for all office administration related enquiries. Providing support to the Group GM to facilitate and ensure accurate delivery of services to the venues that are based nationally.

**The role**:
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday (9 am to 5 pm) in an uber-cool head office.

You will be a lateral thinker who is passionate about making real human connections, b organised and have advanced time management skills. Your main accountabilities are generally based on the following:

- Maintaining and sourcing office supplies
- Coordinating travel requirements for the broader team (flights/accommodation)
- Printing, laminating, scanning and trimming materials
- Greeting guests and preparing the boardroom for meetings
- Maintaining general neatness of the head office
- Support of internal teams and systems
- Administration support to the office team and executives
- Other miscellaneous tasks as required

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with reception, customer service and administrative duties

- Be available and follow through in supporting your teams
- Be a peoples’ person and customer centric
- Be accountable
- Have a collaborative and systematic approach to daily tasks
- Must have full working rights in Australia
