**About us**:
Birra Li is a welcoming multi-disciplinary team of dedicated staff consisting of Aboriginal Health Workers, Midwives, Child and Family Nurses, a Social Worker and Lactation Consultant. Birra Li staff provide a culturally appropriate and safe environment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families during pregnancy and throughout early childhood. We are located at Hunter Street Newcastle on the beautiful lands of the Awabakal people.

**About the role**:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of families. Our work is rewarding, and no two days are the same as we address the unique needs of the families we serve.

You will be based at our Hunter Street, Newcastle building each day. You will be included in our community engagement days and Cultural workshops offsite during the year.

You will be joining a supportive and dynamic work environment with a focus on professional development.
