Medisa Pty Ltd is an Australian owned medical consumable supplier, based in Castle Hill, NSW 2151. We sell Wound Care, Nutritions, Incontinence products, Urology, Ostomy, and Feeding consumables. We are seeking like-minded people to join our team and help to continue to deliver upon our mission.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Sending quotes to clients
- Booking showroom appointments and providing an informative and creative helping hand
- Perform general office administrative tasks as required
- Work closely with the order fulfilment team to pick & pack orders
- Prepare order labels for shipping
- Support the Warehouse Team to monitor levels of inventory and restock as required
- Assist Warehouse Team with receipting of incoming stock into the warehouse
- Help pick & pack team when needed
- General office duties as required

- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor
- Possess strong typing and computer skills
- Be proactive and eager to learn new tasks and skills
- Have an eye for design to be able to assist clients with the right furniture/decor bundles
- Proactive, with the ability to solve problems and work independently
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
