**Site Locations**:
**Sydney City**
**- CBD, Darlinghurst, Paddington, Alexandria.**

**Sydney West**
**- Liverpool, Bankstown, Lidcombe,**
**Parramatta, Penrith and Campbelltown.**

**Other Suburbs**
**- Wollongong, Nowra, Newcastle and Gosford.**

**What will you be doing?**
- Preparing Job Site for Commencement of works.
- Internal Strip Outs
- Safely removing Internal components of Building Structures, such as Walls, Doors, Windows, Floors and Trims.
- Performing Manual Tasks such as Moving Materials and Debris from Inside to Skip Bin.
- Unloading Building Supplies and Materials.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures during the Removal and Clean Up Process,
- Effectively using Jack Hammers and Angle Grinders to Cut Small Steel Beams, Reinforcement Mesh and Break out Concrete and Tiles
- Interact closely with Supervisors to Effectively and Safely complete all Strip Out and Removal tasks.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.

**What do you need?**
- White card & Photo ID
- Asbestos A or B Licence.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- A hard-working attitude and commitment to the job.
- Physically Fit.
- Temp to Perm Opportunity.
