Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Demolition Estimator based in Sydney, NSW, with some work from home acceptable. The Demolition Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, assessing project requirements, and conducting site visits. The role includes evaluating project feasibility, coordinating with project managers, and liaising with clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing cost estimates and assessing project requirements
• Knowledge of demolition regulations, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for conducting site visits and evaluating project feasibility
• Proficiency in using estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with project managers and liaising with clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the construction or demolition industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
