**Entry-Level Demolition Supervisor**

Location: New South Wales, Australia

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Demolition Supervisor in supervising the demolition process to ensure compliance with SafeWork Australia guidelines
- Learn how to develop and implement safe work methods and risk assessments for demolition operations
- Learn how to monitor and maintain safe work practices on the demolition site
- Assist in managing and coordinating the activities of demolition workers
- Ensure all workers are adequately trained and have the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to perform their duties safely
- Attend toolbox talks and other safety briefings with workers
- Learn how to coordinate and oversee the removal and disposal of hazardous materials from the demolition site
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of all work completed on the demolition site

**Requirements**:

- Interest in the demolition industry and a desire to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with workers, contractors and other stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Current demolition license issued by SafeWork NSW is desirable
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures

Education and Certification:

- Relevant tickets (tell us what you have)

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range: $70,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
