We are a medium sized demolition, excavation, construction company and are looking for a Finance Manager to cover all areas.

This is a standalone position and requires you to be switched on and have prior experience in a standalone role.
- Manage day to day operations of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reporting is timely and accurate
- Financial Accounting and reporting
- Ensure compliance with all taxation, legislative and governance requirements
- Budget preparation and cash flow forecasting
- Analysis and interpretation of the operating results
- Preparation and presentation of management accounts and analysis of results to Senior Management
- Lead and develop the accounting team managing work allocation, problem resolution and building of an effective team dynamic
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting (essential)
- Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (essential)
- Tertiary Qualification in leadership or management (desired).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and able to pick up practices quickly
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have a focus on innovation and continuous improvements strategies
- Team player who thrives on working with others to maximise performance
- Be reliable and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Previous experience using zero or similar
