About you

In this role you will help us deliver high levels of client satisfaction, demonstrating behaviour that reflects our values towards our colleagues, clients and community.

The Role

We have two positions available, one based at Ainslie Village and one at Gungahlin.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Providing support to our clients who are dealing with homelessness and complex needs
Working closely with colleagues, stakeholders and external support providers
Following guidelines outlined in the Tenancy Act
Actioning client rent arrears reports
Achieving KPIs as agreed with your manager

**Skills and Experiences**:
Selection criteria - to ensure success in this role, you will demonstrate:
Qualifications and experience in the community sector such as case management, case work (child protection disability).
Experience in Community Housing coupled with an understanding of issues affecting socially disadvantaged groups and those with complex and challenging housing needs
Experience managing a portfolio of tenancies or case load
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and software operating systems
Current Australian driver's licence
