We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. **About the Role** To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking a **Logistics Scheduler Coordinator **to join our **Ingleburn **branch. **Mon to Fri - 4am to 12pm** **Key responsibilities and duties**: - Embody the ‘Yes We Can’ ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities. - Adapt, promote, and encourage a Safety-First approach. - Create an effective and efficient daily driver schedule, to deliver optimal results and total customer service. This involves being responsible for specific runs and drivers as well as route management planning and review daily. - Safety and compliance management. - At all times to represent Supagas in a positive and professional manner, recognising the key role you have as primary contact between the customers and Supagas. **Skills & Experience** - Make sure that the drivers are using handheld devices correctly and provide training if required. - Monitor and report driver performance and complete daily driver updates and report on progress. Conduct a report on driver Daily Debrief. - Support Branch Logistics teams with onboarding new drivers by facilitating buddy training. - Capture missed or short deliveries for the day and communicate resolutions to the customers. - Handle customer queries and delivery issues that include but not limited to same day deliveries, ETA’s, missed orders, new hire and de hire placement, miscellaneous queries in line with customer service policy. - Liaise with sales team to maximise customer service. - Action any unsafe sites immediately and reported and follow up on actions completed. - Ensure all de-hires are actioned in a timely manner. - Troubleshoot transport management systems for the business. - Other tasks as required from time to time **Benefits** - Previous experience within the transport industry essential. - Have an excellent knowledge in the geographical layout of Sydney and Surrounding Areas. - Detailed knowledge of load configurations, weights, allocation preferred. - High level skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word essential. - Extensive Knowledge of Safety and Compliance essential.
