My Client is a leading power transmission manufacturer based in Perth. They are currently seeking an Internal Sales Professional to join the team.
- Previous experience in a related customer service position or Internal sales position for any technical mechanical product supplier or manufacturer.
- A mechanical aptitude, trade qualification, engineering, or power transmission background.
- Proven customer support experience dealing with technical inquiries and solution selling.
- Experience with CRM systems and practices is a must.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent listening skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, the ability to work in a team environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Suite software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
**Responsible for**:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Supporting the sales team in generating new leads and opportunities
- Qualifying and processing inbound leads and requests
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Preparing and delivering product/service presentations and proposals
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
