We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-orientated individual to join this industry-leading industrial supplier team. This diverse and fast-paced environment requires someone with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and build relationships within the business as well as with clients and suppliers, whilst working closely with the Business Development team you will have the opportunity to grow and build your industry knowledge whilst utilising your customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtaining and processing quotes for clients delivered from the Business Development team for new and existing clients (Advising of pricing, availability and timing)
- Processing purchase orders
- Ensuring costings and information are aligned with agreed requirements
- Assisting with Internal sales when needed
- Engaging and communicating with clients to ensure their needs are being met
- Following up on quotes and enquiries

Key Requirements:

- Previous quoting experience is an advantage
- Understanding and experience with inventory management systems
- Interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Diligent within time management
- Understanding of sales structure
- Previous experience/knowledge in tooling and hardware would be an advantage
- Trade background would also be considered

To be successful in this role you need to be highly motivated and take pride in the work you do, be adaptable and willing to pitch in on various tasks. Ideally seeking someone with industrial industry knowledge, sales and quoting experience, as well as a customer service focus.
