We streamline the back-office support to ensure our clients can concentrate on their core services. Currently, we are actively engaged in supporting a prominent Not-for-Profit Disability Provider, demonstrating our dedication to excellence in professional service delivery.

**The Role: Human Resources Business Partner**

**Your mission**:To lead and empower our exceptional team. You will spearhead our efforts in talent development, foster employee engagement, and safeguard our positive workplace culture.

**Your Key Focuses**:

- **Recruitment**:Lead your team in attracting top-tier talent to strengthen our workforce and the workforce of our clients.
- **HR Policy & Compliance**:Spearhead the ongoing refinement and adherence to policies and procedures.
- **Value Amplification**:Become the driving force behind promoting and embedding our values throughout the organisation and beyond.
- **Performance Management**: Support our managers through performance reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
