**The Opportunity**
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced **Early Careers Consultant** to join our national graduate recruitment team on a permanent full time basis in our Sydney office. You will work with a tight-knit, award winning national team who are recognised as one of the nation's top graduate employers with a market leading intern/clerkship program.
In addition to managing the annual recruitment process for our Clerkship and Graduate programs in our Sydney and Canberra offices, this unique role will also give you exposure to People & Culture Business Partnering duties, including coordinating the appraisal process, dealing with graduate enquiries and providing advice in line with firm policy. You will also:
- Conduct induction program for new starters and manage appraisal process
- Liaise with key Partners to coordinate rotations and settlement of graduates
- Build trusted, commercial relationships with key stakeholders including Partners, university law societies
- Attend and deliver events on campus and in-house including careers fairs and campus information/training sessions
**We are interested in hearing from people who have**:
- Previous relevant work experience in Graduate recruitment is essential (we are open to industry)
- Strong influencing skills and ability to manage difficult conversations.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting to large groups
- A pro-active approach and high level of initiative.
This role will be perfect for someone who is passionate about the Graduate space and wants to deepen their knowledge through working with an SME and thought leader who sits on the AAGE Board. You'll gain exposure to broader P&C generalist tasks and join a high performing team who have won numerous industry awards including 3rd in Top 25 Graduate Employers (AAGE) and 3rd in Most Popular Clerkship Employer (GradConnection).
