**About the Role**
As a leader in the market, the business strives to attract top talent and a focus on retention, influenced by internal development and support. The role of Early Careers Manager will work closely with the local and regional HR Business Partner team, L&D and Australian partners to deliver on strategy and graduate program operations. This is a 3 month contract to cover someone who is going on leave.

The responsibilities of this role include;
- Managing program rotations, international mobility processes and program roll offs.
- Building on the employee brand attraction piece, focusing on great talent and employee experience.
- Developing recruitment campaigns, pipelining, and market mapping.
- Representing the firm at events to build future talent and attract new.
- Acting as the first point of contact for graduate queries end to end with potential career prospects.

**About You**

Previous experience supporting graduate clerkships or learning & development programs at early career, will be highly regarded from within a partnership model.

Ability to manage, influence and uphold a consultative approach, will work well when building new relationships and fostering already established partnerships.
