Based at our beautiful **_Nellie Melba Retirement Village_** in Wheelers Hill, **_Melbourne_**_,_ you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:

- Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents
- Coordinate, motivate and develop your team
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Provide support to your Clinical Manager

We have a full-time role available working **_Sunday - Thursday 0700 - 15.00._**

**About you**

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge or within a previous nursing leadership role
- The ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team
- Kindness, compassion and drive to deliver first class care to our residents
