**Customer Service and Operations Support**
**Experience**
At least two years of responsible Customer Service. Experience in the print industry would be an advantage, as would time spent in a logistics related environment.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Communication and liaison with clients and key suppliers
- Receive job bookings and confirm schedule with Operations
- Use mapping and estimation software
- Develop quotes accurately and efficiently using resources and templates
- Oversee and review / report on the quality of jobs completed
- General admin and management of company records
- Potentially extra ad hoc duties required for efficient running of the office (e.g. supplies order and management)
**Required Skills and Abilities**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, friendly and efficient telephone manner
- Obsessive attention to detail
- A team player with a proactive approach to problem solving
- A good work ethic, happy to take individual responsibility
- Capacity to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Ability to multitask, and adapt where necessary
- An aptitude for planning and an ability to organise work efficiently
- Able to adapt quickly and pick up new information on the go
- Must be familiar and capable with social media, plus Microsoft Excel and Word
**About Distribution and Display**
Distribution and Display (DanD) was established in 2007 in response to a demand for the unique mix
of logistics and support services required for community consultation projects.
DanD specialise in the distribution of community notifications for infrastructure, major development
and large scale community education projects. We have worked with state and local government,
public infrastructure and utility providers, major corporates and consultancies as well as community
groups.
As the business has grown we have led the way with developing and adapting Information and
Communications Technology to enhance the quality of what we do, and open up new opportunities
as our capabilities expand. Despite the current economic environment DanD is well placed to
continue growing and we need additional resources to support this.
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplementary Pay:
- Annual bonus
**Experience**:
- inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
