NSW Government Agency is looking for a HR Advisor to work on a range of people & Culture projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and accurate advice and services across the people and culture remit to ensure productive workforce solutions.
- Undertake research and analysis workforce trends and make recommendations to inform people and culture service delivery.
- Coach and advise stakeholders on a range of HR solutions to support business strategies, plans and priorities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in HR service delivery, including assessing and updating HR methods, procedures and processes, to deliver consistent quality outcomes that reflect innovative and appropriate HR service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to provide to support business outcomes and facilitate a positive work environment.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or another relevant field
- Proven experience in a similar capacity
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
