HR Partners by Randstad is partnering exclusively with a global agricultural organisation to recruit a HR Advisor on a fixed term contract until Feb 2026.
As a HR Advisor, you will proactively deliver across HR activities, driving a positive employee experience that directly supports and contributes to the success of our client's values.
Main responsibilities;
- Manage the end to end delivery of all People Team activities from systems to talent reviews, supporting employees and managers with HR guidance and issue resolution
- Work closely with the wider HR team on a variety of initiatives to deliver value across the organisation
- Contribute to enhancing HR governance by assisting with reporting and audits and maintaining accurate HR records via the HRIS system - SuccessFactors
To be successful in this role you will have a formal HR qualification and have sound understanding and working knowledge of Australian Employment Law. With a background working in a large complex business, you will have high attention to detail and strong business and commercial acumen.
