Our team of dedicated sales personnel work face-to-face at event sites including shopping centers and trade shows around Australia and New Zealand assisting our clients with their customer acquisition programs and raising brand awareness. Due to expansion we are now actively hiring an experienced Sales Team Leader for our Adelaide CBD office, with opportunities to start working IMMEDIATELY. "Unfortunately schedule Not suitable for students" Join a team that is passionate about making a difference **The Role**: The Experiences Sales Leaders primary role is to ensure marketing campaigns achieve their targets KPIS, sales training, mentor and guide new recruits. They work with the Managing Director to create, execute, and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet individual and team sales targets. - **Here are some duties and responsibilities of a Campaign Manager**:_ - Train and develop new and existing field representatives - Ensure the success of our face to face campaigns from implementation to final delivery and manage field performance - Assist with the daily running of the business - Run local and interstate travel trips - Be a good, positive example on the sites and in the office - Ensure sales targets and KPI’s are hit **What We Offer**: - Above award hourly rate + 10.5% super - Career progression with endless opportunities (Australia wide) - Uncapped earnings - Commissions, Performance bonus - Onsite CBD Office Car Park - Ongoing company training, client training and support - Positive, supportive and fun work environment - Team building days - Paid regional/interstate travel opportunities - Personal mentoring and development **What Are We Looking for**: - Availability Monday - Friday (2 Saturdays a month) - 2-5 years of experience in Direct Sales - 3 years experience in Effective Management - Positive, Outgoing, and Energetic - Confident and knows how to Motivate and Empower a Team - Motivated and Self-driven to grow the business to the next level - Excellent planning and organisational skills - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Has a Growth Mindset and Adaptable to shifts in business strategy and ongoing changes - A sound understanding of sales process and its strategic execution to meet and exceed KPIs - Self - starter who uses own initiative - Valid Driver's License **Salary**: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee mentoring program - Professional development assistance - Salary packaging - Travel reimbursement Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Bonus - Commission - Performance bonus - Weekly bonus Work Location: In person
