**About the Role**
- The position is for a 1st line Sales Manager based in Adelaide
- Manage a team of primary care reps - a combo of F2F calls & digital detailing
- Must have previous local Pharmaceutical Sales Management experience
- Recruitment, skill development, in-field coaching, performance counseling, and training
- Lead the team & provide support & motivation
- Develop relationships with key prescribers, associations, and groups
- Build relationships with key stakeholders - internal and external including Sales, Marketing & Medical Information

**The Successful Applicant**
- Degree qualified - Science or business-related (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to lead, manage & develop a successful team
- Passionate about coaching & motivating a team to success
- Initiative and the ability to liaise across all departments
- Strong sales results in previous roles
- Ability to analyse data & help develop business plans
- At least 3 years of Pharma Primary Care management experience
- Digital selling platform experience would be advantageous
