**What do I need?**

Though having collections experience is preferred it is not essential. Your resilience and positive attitude will see you succeed in this role. You are given the chance to showcase your exceptional customer service experience to this position and in turn, we do the rest by giving you the right tools and knowledge to keep you confident within your role and on track for success

**How will I help?**

Our Payment Assist Team supports our customers through the debt recovery process. This is relayed by having a high level of customer centricity and understanding. Your strong customer service skills and ability to empathise with the customer, will enable you to work through challenging conversations and provide them with the best outcome and customer experience. The experience and exposure you will gain throughout the role will empower you to make a difference for customers.
