Whether it's monitoring payments, investigating suspicious activity, or collaborating with stakeholders across the business, you're proactive, adaptable, and driven to deliver results.
You bring a customer-first mindset and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. You're comfortable using data to guide decisions, confident in juggling multiple priorities, and always looking for ways to improve processes. Above all, you take pride in safeguarding the integrity of our operations while having a bit of fun along the way.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using fraud detection or payment monitoring tools. Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues effectively.

A strong commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience while ensuring compliance and minimising risk.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams such as Customer Operations, AML, Compliance, and Safer Gambling.
Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, fraud, or financial crime are essential.
You'll also bring:
A curious mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo to drive innovation.
The ability to think strategically while delivering on day-to-day operational priorities.
Resilience, adaptability, and a team-first attitude.
