**Your Opportunity**

As the first point of contact for all parts of the employment lifecycle, business partners collaborate with COEs across P&I to deliver seamless solutions. They’re competent in providing generalist people advice, problem solving and coaching. They also manage and improve KPMG’s key cyclical people activities each year.

This role will play a key role in partnering with your stakeholders to provide pragmatic and high-quality solutions and advice.
- Manage complex ER issues and escalations from the team and provide proactive updates to the business
- Provide Award Coverage expertise and training to the business
- Develop creative strategic initiatives for the business and lead the change implementation
- Coach leaders through people issues to collaborative solutions
- Manage the growth and development of HR Advisors and Senior Advisors within KPMG.

- Experience in change management
- Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously in the face of changing priorities and requirements
- Experience in leading projects with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to identify and articulate issues and risks, and escalate or coordinate

Please note, the salary ranges $100k+ with respect to your level of experience.
