**About the role**
This is a newly created role due to significant growth in the business, which is still growing. They’re looking for someone who can think outside the box, look for continuous improvement opportunities and who has a passion to be actively a part of their continued growth, while delivering quality support to their customers.
**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Consult with customers, suggest options and develop solutions
- Create a scope of requirements for projects
- Coordinate and oversee projects including delegating work to the team, liaising with customers and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Actively look for growth opportunities both within existing customer portfolios and in new areas (both in customers and service options)
- Support the Owner/Business Development Manager in all areas of the business and be trained up as the 2IC.
**Skills & experience**
- Proven track record of providing high quality customer service and managing client projects from start to delivery, including scheduling work and prioritising/managing competing priorities
- A solid background in customer service (client facing) and dealing with a variety of people and businesses from different industries
- An understanding of digital marketing (desirable)
- Key knowledge of what makes compelling copy and successful marketing campaigns (desirable)
- Be solutions focused with a bias for taking accountability and action
- Well-developed time management and negotiation skills
