**About the Role**
To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant
**Customer Service Officer** to join our team on a
**MATERNITY LEAVE** contract. This role will be based from our
**branch** in
**Wollongong**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors and ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Minimize outstanding debtors and reconcile debtors as necessary
- Handle customer queries and accounts in a professional and timely manner
- Provide customers with product, service and procedural information
- Accurate new customer account setup
- Process credit card payments as required
- Support Operations and Sales staff

**Skills & Experience**
- Extensive experience in administration / in-bound call centre / customer service role
- Experience in credit, debtor & cash handling
- A professional and friendly telephone manner as the major focus of this role is telephone based
- Good attention to detail
- A professional approach and positive attitude to your work
