We are seeking a passionate and motivated team player to join our dynamic sales team as an Account Manager based in our Wollongong Branch, working across the Southern Sydney Region.

What will your day look like?
  • Assist with the development and execution of business plans covering sales activities, revenue growth, and expense controls.
  • Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify prospective customers and generate leads to expand the business.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs.
  • Provide updated sales promotions information to customers.
  • Keep abreast with the market competitive advantage.
  • Provide inputs and assistance in pricing models, quotations, and product improvements.
  • Maintain an effective filing system.
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely sales orders and deliveries.
  • Assist the service team to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities to influence decision making.
  • Accountability for time and efficiency.
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders within Polyaire including Sales and Operational Teams.
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and support a team to achieve exceptional results.
