**About the role**:
The
**_IT - Business Systems Manager_** will ensure that IT systems, processes and procedures are aligned to the overall business objectives and ensure that IT planning is in line with and supports planned organisational change and growth.

**Some key responsibilities of the role will be**:

- Management of relationships with external IT and software providers
- Working with external IT providers to ensure DR planning is consistently maintained and actioned when required
- Working with external software providers to ensure effective use of systems
- Management of IT / Systems budgets
- Providing user training, support and advice as required.
- Working in conjunction with other departments to successfully execute and implement any business systems related projects
- Keeping up to date with new relevant technologies.
- Overseeing, testing, and updating of systems to ensure they operate effectively.
- Designing and implementing maintenance procedures in conjunction with external IT suppliers', to ensure the integrity of platforms and systems.
- Ensuring full site documentation is up to date for all locations.
- Providing 2nd / 3rd level support for Retail when required.
- Liaising with external provider of IT support to ensure high level of service for retail teams.
- Ensuring Systems performance in store is always maintained and operating at high level.

**About you**:
**You will also have**:

- Degree in IT/Business Systems or recognised work experience.
- Min 5 + years working in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of integrated eCommerce solutions (Shopify plus platform).
- Experience in support for 20+ store network and 20+ user HQ.
- Strong Project management and Business Analyst skills.
- Exposure to Apparel 21 ERP (or like system SAP, Pronto etc) with knowledge of an environment with production, warehousing, Retail API, e-commerce, and database management.
