Duties and Responsibilities

As a Consultant, you will:

  • Design and implement data models and architecture to support operational, finance, and technical departments.
  • Establish knowledge and records management systems for accurate and consistent organisational access.
  • Produce analytical reports, KPI dashboards, and data visualisations to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Develop process documentation, workflow mapping, and compliance records to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse customer service trends, address systemic issues, and recommend process/technology improvements.
  • Audit and optimise operational processes for forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Prepare specifications and roadmaps for technology development and enhancements to business platforms.
  • Support client service level improvements and participate in business review processes.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or information systems.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Ability to document, analyse, and improve workflows and compliance systems.
  • Experience with customer service analysis and operational planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Multi-lingual speaker with fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or Management (or equivalent experience).

Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
