Our development business has an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to support the project teams to ensure the commercial objectives of the project are managed and delivered in accordance with Lendlease policies, governance protocols and procedures. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Specifically, the Accounts Payable Administrator will:
- Manage supplier accounts including LL supplier system requirements, establishment of accounts and Purchase Order (PO) administration.- Provide administrative support to ensure that all contracts including bonds, bank guarantees and deeds are effectively and efficiently managed (including oversight of filing and record keeping).- Be fluent with the business unit operations systems and governance and provide timely input on ensuring compliance with those systems.- Be responsible for ensuring all contract obligations as they relate to payments (such as Payments On Time (PoT)) are completed within statutory timeframes.- Maintenance of registers (eg. POA, bank guarantee registers).- Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers as it relates to administration of payments.

About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or other related discipline is advantageous but not essential.- At least 2 years of experience as a Finance / AP Administrator, Contract Administrator, Projects Administrator.- Experience in project finance establishment, budget management, accounts payable and general awareness of contracts will be highly regarded.- A working knowledge of the development operations transaction process as well as forecasting the programme of land subdivision.- TM1 and Oracle R12 knowledge is an advantage (desirable) but not essential and will be introduced- Strong time management skills.- Excellent data entry skills.- Strong customer service skills, primarily anticipating and meeting the needs of internal customers.- Demonstrated track record in administration of development or construction projects considered an advantage.- Illustrate confidence and excellent communication and people skills.
