Join a boutique and growing IT company, as their first People, Culture & Talent Partner. They prioritize excellence and innovation in their work, and your role will be crucial in building the blocks to shape their positive work environment.
**The role**:
As the People & Culture Talent Partner, you will join the business of 50 people and become part of the family. They need this role to oversee all aspects of HR, from day-to-day administration/compliance and advisory, to working with the leadership team on the vision and values of the business. Build the foundations and create a work environment of positivity and support. This role will oversee, recruitment, employment contracts, workforce planning, performance management and culture and engagement, and sometimes business administration, Enhance HR policies and procedures for compliance and relevance, Coaching and support for the leadership team.
**About you**:
Looking for someone with well-rounded HR experience who wants to develop a HR framework. You have strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and Australian employment laws that you can advise on, experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Demonstrated ability to implement HR initiatives and programs effectively in a less structured environment. You are a team player and comfortable to role your sleeves up and do what’s needed Join us in this autonomous role and make a meaningful impact.
**To be successful**:
Tertiary HR qualification or equivalent, tech/professional services HR experience, strong HR policy knowledge. Full-cycle recruitment experience and proficiency in HRIS. Autonomy, problem-solving, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
