**About the role**
Gen Physio is a multi-disciplinary, collaborative allied health provider that specialises in delivering home visit services. Our Service Delivery team are seeking an experienced Client Experience Coordinator for a 6-month fixed term contract. The Client Experience Coordinator will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure best outcomes for patients and practitioners.

**Duties**
- Manage appointments & bookings for new and existing clients
- Assist with complaints/feedback submitted by our clients & external service providers
- Use a variety of software platforms to talk directly with clients and internal team members
- Project work for the Service Delivery team which will require data entry, general reporting & digital filing
- Follow up referrals & support the Service Delivery team with day-to-day operations

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Experience working within the health industry would be beneficial
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong administrative skillset
- Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner

This role will be based in our Gold Coast head Office, as it is not a community-based role there are no restrictions in respect to Covid vaccinations
