An amazing opportunity has become available and we are seeking an **Event Bookings Coordinator** to join our growing team on a **full time** basis.

**This role consists of a roster, working Tuesday - Saturday.**

**The Role...**

The Event Bookings Coordinator is responsible for creating and planning a broad range of functions for social events, celebrations or small business functions across the restaurant and bars of the Club, including Aviary & Cabana.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Bookings and coordination of special events across the Club, such as Mothers Day, Christmas Day Lunch, Monthly Trivia and much more
- Meeting clients on the day of their bookings to ensure that all arrangements are accurate
- Complete and distribute BEO's and internal communication within the business
- Process financial transactions and invoicing for client contracts and bookings
- Completing administrative duties for proposal and contracts for social events, celebrations, and small business bookings across the multiple bars and restaurant
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports within deadlines
- Accurately reflect and record all revenues in appropriate tracking systems
- Attend weekly BEO meetings
- Communicate effectively with internal and external suppliers
- Working closely with Football Department during football season, organising football related events, particularly home games

**Qualifications...**
- Tertiary qualification in Events, Business or Sales is favourable
- Current Queensland Certification in RSA

**Preferred Skills...**
- Ivvy experience and Open Table experience is favourable
- Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills
- Advanced time management skills are essential
- Outstanding written/verbal communication
- Advanced computer skills, using Microsoft Suite
