We are seeking a highly adaptable and proactive **Maintenance Coordinator **to join our team. As the first point of contact for the client management office, you will interface with internal and external customers to ensure all contract requirements and KPIs are met. You will play a pivotal role in managing the office, overseeing maintenance requests, and ensuring smooth operations of the site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for BMS management office, handling inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Manage and action maintenance client or tenant requests, ensuring tasks are delegated and completed efficiently.
- Maintain and update the CMMS system, capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders.
- Allocate work orders to meet contract requirements and KPI targets.
- Provide support to the Contract Manager and Facilities Managers with daily tasks.Ensure OHS & E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Strong experience in a property, corporate real estate, or complex industry environment.
- Proven ability to deliver services in Property, Facilities, Project, and Financial Management.
- Strong business acumen with experience in business planning and financial management.
- Knowledge of building services and general building maintenance.
- Experience in scoping, tendering, and documenting subcontracts.
- Demonstrated ability to provide written reports and recommendations.
- Multi-tasking skills with experience managing various duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CMMS systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High School Certificate or equivalent.Formal tertiary qualifications in building/facilities management-related disciplines (preferred, but not essential).
