**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of Women's Health Road, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of quality clinical care by our practitioners and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to practice procedures and policies to maintain efficient operations
- Manage scheduling and billing processes accurately and efficiently
- Utilise our Patient Portal software to deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Organise and maintain medical records, routing documents to clinical staff for review
- Perform general administrative and office management duties to ensure smooth workflow processes

**Qualifications**:

- Previous administrative experience preferred, ideally in the medical industry
- Proficient in common computing programs and platforms
- Working knowledge of medical consultation billing, Medicare Benefits Scheme, and private health insurance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Practice Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Complete Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
