**About the position**

The role of Property Manager is to liaise with prospective and current clients and relevant stakeholders by facilitating accommodation ‘fit-outs’ to meet individual client and NDIS requirements and assist with the coordination or relocation of clients. In addition, you will coordinate the maintenance of client accommodation through regular site inspections and audits.

The role includes:

- Strengthen existing stakeholder relationships through understanding what we can do to make transitions smoother and more efficient
- Conduct site audits and prepare condition reports
- Undertake regular routine site inspections of leased properties to ensure properties are maintained in good order and meet required standards and those of the clients
- Oversee the ‘fit out’ of apartments in a timely manner including the purchase of furniture and coordinating key trades and supplies
- Schedule maintenance and repairs, negotiates contracts with vendors to ensure good working order, quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues
- Manage property operations financial records including monthly financial reports, records of income, expenses, complaints, maintenance, etc.

**About You**

To succeed in this position, we are looking for:

- Experienced in property management (preferably with a NDIS/SDA background)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and meet financial objectives.
- Adaptability to work in a fast paced environment and manage competing demands
- Strong relationships building skills with internal and external stakeholders
