**Hotel Overview**:
Value Suites Green Square is a beautiful 3-star hotel with 101 rooms located in Alexandria, just minutes away from Green Square Station.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Night Auditor, your main purpose will be to provide superior service to our guests, making their experience truly "Exceptional."

**Accurate Night Auditor Reports**: Thoroughly prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts to ensure precise records.

**Effective Night Shift Hotel Management**: Manage operations, handle guest inquiries, and maintain professionalism during night shifts.

**Impeccable Cleanliness Standards**: Uphold top-tier cleanliness across the premises for a welcoming atmosphere.

**Security and Safety Assurance**: Monitor and enforce security protocols to safeguard guests and property.

**Exceptional Guest Experiences**: Provide personalized service, contributing to memorable guest stays.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar style hotel as a Night Auditor/Night Manager.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Confidence, ability to work autonomously;
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proactive and positive outlook with a passion for setting and achieving goals.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a mixture of night and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $73,348.00 per year
