**About the role**:
As the Facilities Supervisor at Vertika, you will play a crucial role in our community, to execute in-house repairs and maintenance. We’re looking for someone who not only understands industry standards, codes, and product warranty guidelines but also has a genuine commitment to ensuring our residents feel at home.

In this position, you’ll be the go-to person for liaising with residents, on-site teams, and property management agencies. Your excellent communication skills will help you address and resolve maintenance requests efficiently, fostering a positive environment for everyone.

You’ll also manage our contracted suppliers, ensuring they deliver top-notch service that aligns with our standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute routine & reactive maintenance tasks.
- Liaise with building residents and on-site teams to maintain a high level of service.
- Assist to ensure an inclusive and accessible living space in our properties.
- Assist with service contracts and contractors.
- Provide reports with accurate records of property maintenance, inspections, and documentation.
- Identify cost-effective solutions for property maintenance and improvements.

**About you**:

- You have a Trade Background and can demonstrate expertise in all aspects of property maintenance.
- Strong ability to build positive relationships and advocate for individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Experience in managing projects and coordinating tradespeople to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- A current driving license and access to your own vehicle for on-site visits.
- Familiarity with commercial and residential property leasing transactions is a plus.
