**About Us**:
Enforcement and Support Services (ESS) is a business unit within Fines and Enforcement Services (FES), Department of Justice and Community Safety's Courts, Civil and Criminal Law group. ESS is responsible for managing the end-to-end infringement system in Victoria.

The Debt Program Team (DPT) is responsible for the design of programs related to the collection and enforcement of infringement fines and court fines in Victoria.

About the Role:
Some of your duties will include:

- Investigating and taking appropriate action on a caseload of assigned debtors to gain engagement and compliance.
- Preparation of debtor dossiers using a range of investigative tools.
- Preparing reports, briefing materials and presentations and provide support in more complex matters.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Knowledge of, or the capacity to learn and understand, the functions and operations of ESS, with an understanding of the end-to-end fines system.
- Understanding of, or the capacity to learn and understand, the legislation applicable to debt, specifically the Fines Reform Act 2014.
- Experience in investigations or debt recovery.
