**The Firm**
Our client is a standout law firm with over 40 employees and a modern office in the heart of the legal precinct of Melbourne. They are currently looking for a Legal Assistant / PA to support across Litigation and Debt Recovery.

**The Opportunity**
In this role you will be supporting 1 Special Counsel and 2 Lawyers. They are a wonderful team that have a collaborative and supportive approach. The opportunity to take on more and to develop your skills will be available in this role.

**Typical duties will include -**
- Diary management
- Booking appointments with clients and counsels
- Filing - Electronic & hard copy
- Court filing
- Billing
- Amending and preparing agreements and documents
- Preparing file opening forms and preparation of cost agreements
- Drafting letters and correspondence to debtors
- Ad hoc general administration support for other Lawyers

This is the perfect role if you either have past experience in this area or you are looking to step up and take on more responsibility in your role.
