As a **Facilities Coordinator, **you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities and providing top-notch services to our clients.

Position Overview:
As a **Facilities Coordinator **, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various aspects of facility management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for our clients and their employees. You will work closely with the facilities management team, building maintenance personnel, vendors, and clients to deliver exceptional services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate maintenance and repair work for building systems, equipment, and common areas to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
- Respond promptly to facility-related requests and incidents, addressing them effectively and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and potential improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes, schedule services, and ensure work quality meets established standards.
- Assist in managing contracts and service agreements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and facility-related documentation.
- Assist in preparing and managing the facility's budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in facilities coordination, property management, or a related field is preferred.
- **To be successful for the required Security Clearance, you must be an Australian Citizen.**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- **Flexibility to work both at the Edinburgh Parks location and the CBD office as required. **A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills to address facility-related challenges.
