**What are we looking for?**
Due to an interstate move, we are looking for our next Human Resources Coordinator seeking a new opportunity within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role works collaboratively to provide support in relation to all aspects of the Human Resources function. A true generalist role, you will also assist with proactively identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement initiatives and play an active role in the implementation of our new Learning Management System to support our investment in our people and drive operational excellence and support.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to deliver on a range of Human Resources projects, develop and review people policies and be a key point of contact for leader queries.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and based at our Edinburgh North facility, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team and support and influence our evolving people strategy as our business continues to grow.
**About you**:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have broad Human Resources generalist experience, a strong ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.
