
Loyalty Operations Coordinator

An exciting opportunity to step behind the scenes of Australia’s most loved beauty rewards program, Beauty Loop, and help bring each campaign to life Reporting into the Senior Operations Manager and sitting at the heart of the Loyalty Operations team, this role leads the coordination, planning and readiness across multiple touchpoints to ensure flawless campaign execution.
The Role You Could Play
The primary function of this role is to coordinate and execute end-to-end operational planning for MECCA’s Beauty Loop campaigns. You’ll bring together multiple touchpoints across the business to ensure every campaign lands smoothly, on time and with an exceptional customer and store experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead the operational execution of Beauty Loop Loves and select Bonus campaigns, managing timelines, production schedules, critical paths and cross-functional readiness.
- Monitor campaign stock availability and performance, providing regular updates and escalating risks to ensure 100% in-stock launch readiness.
- Coordinate campaign communication including FAQs, sell-through reporting and post-implementation reviews, while ensuring visibility and alignment across internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary operational contact for Retail and Customer Care, supporting store readiness and customer experience for all campaign activity.
- Own the JIRA ticketing system for Loyalty Operations, ensuring efficient issue tracking, timely resolutions and insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain internal platforms [MECCAbase, MECCAversity] with up-to-date campaign resources and content.
- Contribute to campaign planning sessions, team meetings and new initiatives that shape the future of Loyalty at MECCA.
What You Will Bring
With exposure to new innovations, cross-functional collaboration and campaign ownership, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our retail teams and customers have an exceptional Beauty Loop experience every time. A passion for problem solving, juggling multiple moving pieces and collaborating with teams across the business will see you thrive.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong operational coordination or campaign management experience, ideally within retail, FMCG or loyalty environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders with high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to lead meetings and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Experience with project management tools [such as JIRA] and strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- A love of planning, process and continuous improvement, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, campaign-led team environment.
