John Holland are looking for an experienced **Construction Coordinator** to join us on our Melbourne based Rail Network Alliance Project, who is a team player and thrives on the diverse nature of the role. We want you to play an active part in driving culture and best practise on the project.
The Construction Coordinator will work closely with the Planning and Interface Team and assist the Delivery Director. The role reports directly into the Planning and Interface Director.
The key focus of this role is to maintain and monitor project plans, schedules and direct activities of the project whilst ensuring projects are running smoothly, on time and to John Holland's ethos.

**The role**:

- Work within a fast-paced energetic team, providing quick solutions to any problems which may arise
- Reporting on progress and challenges
- Liaising with the client and senior management teams where required
- Help to ensure that the administrative tasks meet each critical deadline to keep the alliance administrative process on track within the specified timeframe

**About you**:

- Bachelor Degree qualified in associated field
- Demonstrates strong communication skills
- Previous experience project plans, project schedules and work hours
- Ability to develop and maintain rosters
- Extensive commitment and understanding regarding work health and safety
- Practical minded with a hands-on approach
- Proficient in Project, Excel and MS Office
- A current drivers licence
